This role leads business development and sales efforts to drive growth in the USA staffing market.
We seek a motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new clients in IT, engineering, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry.
- Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
- Deep understanding of staffing processes, employment laws, and talent trends in the USA market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
