About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mortgage Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our lending process, you will play a crucial role in assessing the creditworthiness and risk profile of potential borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and verify loan applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Evaluate credit reports to determine the borrower's creditworthiness.

  • Confirm the property's value through appraisal reports.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in mortgage processing or underwriting
