**Job Overview**A key role in our team is available for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the development of solar proposals.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.Responsibilities include preparing accurate and compliant proposals, conducting system sizing and load calculations, and using industry-standard tools to simulate system performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop customized solar proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Perform system sizing and load calculations based on client requirements and site data.
  • Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope) to simulate system performance and optimize configurations.
  • Ensure all proposals meet Australian solar compliance standards and technical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine designs and respond to client feedback.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control of all proposals and design files.


**Qualifications & Skills**
  • 1–2 years' experience in solar proposal/design.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations.
  • Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as:
  • Microsoft Excel  
  • PVSyst  
  • Helioscope  
  • Other relevant platforms
  • Familiarity with Australian or international solar compliance standards.
  • Ability to interpret electrical load profiles and design systems accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
