Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing strategies, executing and optimizing campaigns across our brands. This includes purchases of new products, brand uplift, etc. The person will work closely with brand directors, internal teams, and platform technology partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing programmatic buying processes
  • Translating client business objectives into meaningful strategies
  • Representing the team at external and internal meetings
  • Delivering timely and accurate work
  • Ensuring timely billing and reconciliation of campaign spend/income
  • Completing timesheets accurately and on time
  • Setting up, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic campaigns
  • Overseeing planning, execution, and ongoing management of campaigns
  • Monitoring daily delivery and optimizing campaign elements based on agreed KPIs
  • Employing a test-learn approach to review performance and provide actionable insights

Additionally, the person should remain abreast of developments in biddable activation and the broader digital space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Core Competencies
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in programmatic biddable planning and buying
  • Good understanding of planning and buying of programmatic campaigns across various strategies, channels, and buying models
  • Practical expertise in planning, buying, and campaign management on self-service platforms: DV360, The Trade Desk, CM360, IAS, and/or DoubleVerify
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with others, internal and external
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize for self and others
  • Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget management
  • Self-starter who demonstrates initiative
  • Business fluent in English
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising products and ad serving technologies
  • Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
