Performance Marketing Specialist Job

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. Collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with our brand strategy, performance-driven, and ROI-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to create ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
