Job Responsibilities

Develop and optimize conversational flows to handle complex dialogue scenarios. Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows, addressing multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.

Integrate RetellAI agents with external platforms using workflow automation tools like Make.com and/or n8n. Test, refine, and document agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.

  • Design and implement conversational workflows for engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver client-ready solutions by documenting workflows and providing best practices for scalable agent builds.
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields, with a strong project portfolio. Proven expertise with conversational flow creation, including multi-prompt setups.

Experience with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation, as well as strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Evidence of completed projects showcasing real conversational flows, such as portfolios, demos, or case studies.

  • Strong proficiency in conversational AI development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems. Familiarity with other AI platforms for a broader perspective.
