Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will lead the customer success strategy for indirect revenue channels. They will be responsible for retention, growth, and satisfaction of customers from brokers, insurance companies, and TPAs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth across brokers, insurers, and TPAs.
  • Lead a team to ensure service excellence, identify opportunities for account expansion, and resolve escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align ekincare solutions with partner objectives.
  • Maintain account health, churn risk, and NPS through regular monitoring and analysis.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnership management.
  • At least 2 years of senior leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian insurance, broker, and TPA ecosystem.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and driving retention and upsell in indirect channels.
  • Experience building and leading distributed CSM teams.
  • Analytical skills for decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
