Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI professional to join our team. As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intelligent agents and agent-based systems using Python and various frameworks.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).
  • Develop strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
