Building Services Coordinator Job Summary

The Building Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting space allocations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date CAD drawings. This involves capturing post-move space reconfigurations, updating floor plans, and ensuring compliance with corporate CAD drawing policies.

  • Maintains a comprehensive library of CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of CAD files.
  • Develops and maintains procedures for creating and managing CAD drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
