Are you a strategic business partner looking to drive growth and success for clients? As a Growth Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and execute end-to-end projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company. You will have a good understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is a plus.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success.
  • Preparation of detailed Briefs: Collaborate with clients and pre-sales team to detail solutioning and prepare clear briefs which explain the process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
  • Customer Success Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
  • Implementation Project Leadership: Drive implementation project for system by collaboratively working with client, pre-sales team and product team.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.
  • Customer Training & Enablement: Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.
  • Infant Care & Handover: Manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support team.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is a plus.

A good understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail is also required.
