We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, specifically across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

The key responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues across various Oracle EBS layers, implementing effective resolutions, and independently managing issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We seek a dedicated and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a remote environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
