About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) professional to join our Engineering team as a Vice President- User Experience. This role is located in Pune and will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform complex user experience activities, including user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design.
  • Conduct and/or lead user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Present and review documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
  • Create concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
  • Participate in the implementation of visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the product definition and evaluation process, utilizing multiple sources of information, and interpret user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
  • Create and update user interface and visual design guidelines and standards.
Requirements
  • Years of experience in User experience.
  • Expert in using Figma Tool.
  • Experience in User research, interactive design & Visual design.
  • Experience in training & mentoring junior resources.
