As a Benefits Administrator at Aon, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience by delivering high-quality administration support to our clients.

Aon Health and Benefits is dedicated to helping companies achieve a balance between using benefits as a retention tool and managing escalating costs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering benefit schemes for the employees of our clients, generating reports on member activity, and responding to queries from members, providers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administration support to internal and external clients
  • Learn about clients, systems, and tools, and become proficient in processing and checking
  • Contribute to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs
  • Share best practices with colleagues through process and tool training
  • Identify issues with processes handled in teams and drive a process to find and implement solutions
  • Implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery
  • Participate in new client implementations and understand the reporting requirements
  • Build strong relationships with client teams, peers, and display teamwork

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
