Job Title: Regional Business Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced regional business leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to drive business growth and profitability in your region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with expertise in business development, team management, and client relationship building. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive business growth and profitability in your region.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.
- Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
- Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
- Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to value delivery.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership qualities with strong team-building capabilities.
