Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager – Training & Operations to oversee the seamless operation of multiple centers within a designated cluster. This role requires strategic direction and operational leadership, with a focus on enrollment and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures across all centers.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational success.
  • Train, mentor, and support center managers and staff within the cluster, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional development and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Experience in skill development CSR projects, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
