As a senior human resources leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's workforce strategies and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive HR processes that meet the needs of internal stakeholders while adhering to corporate policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business functions to identify HR needs and design tailored solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Implement key HR processes, including talent management, performance development, compensation planning, and employee engagement strategies
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage trade unions and resolve conflicts through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting proactive employee engagement and minimizing ER risks
  • Coordinate with Employee Relations to address disciplinary issues and promote fair treatment of employees
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior HR role, with expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
