Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
Experience: 6+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on account management and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by managing key client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering high-quality service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and meet client expectations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve services and stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including account management, operations, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook, and other biddable media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
