About the Position

The Electrical Maintenance Head directs and coordinates all electrical maintenance activities in a plant setting, ensuring safe execution of tasks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Process Enhancement: Drives continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Quality Analysis: Conducts 7 QC tool-based analysis on quality-related issues and suggests modifications.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Performance Review and Skill Assessment: Timely completion of department performance review and skill assessment processes.
  • Culture Building: Fosters a culture of employee engagement and maximum participation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, Instrumentation degree required.
  2. At least 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department essential.
