  • Implement coding best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps while balancing delivery timelines with technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with product managers and architects to define technical roadmaps.
  • Foster innovation through continuous improvement and process enhancements.
  • Focus on improving developer productivity and coaching junior team members.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET Core OR Java and related frameworks.
  • Proficient in working with relational databases like SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures using tools like RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Adept at utilizing observability tools like New Relic to monitor systems.
