About This Role

We are seeking a Process & Capabilities Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of business processes and/or capabilities associated with the sale of products and services at a country, region, or global level.

The responsibilities may include:

  • Designing sales incentive plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Developing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support customers/partners and enhance their experience.
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements to streamline operations.
  • Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Interact with management, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope and provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • 0-2 years of related experience in IT or business operations is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters and make informed decisions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset is essential for success in this role.
