Job Title: Senior Business Process Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end business process solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Oversight of multiple projects within a program, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team outcomes, and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management Office to align and prioritize projects with strategic objectives.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including Engineers, Senior Executives, and external partners.
  • Experience in managing large IT modernization programs, including cloud technology, APIs, data migration, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in managing complex projects, distributed teams, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions.
Requirements:
  • PMP or Project Management Certification desirable.
  • Exposure to managing global teams and Agile methodologies is an asset.
  • Technical skills in AGILE/JIRA/DevOps, with knowledge of 'As Is', 'Should Be', and 'Could Be' analysis.
  • End-to-end project implementation experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
