Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Manager to lead our product design process from concept to execution.

Your expertise in innovative design and market trends will drive the development of new home decor products that meet our brand identity and target customer preferences.

A key responsibility of this role is to conceptualize designs, develop mood boards, sketches, color palettes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

You will also oversee the refinement of designs based on feedback from marketing, merchandising, and production teams.

Trend Analysis & Market Research:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging design styles in the home decor market.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the design direction and product development strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the home decor industry, including furniture, textiles, wall art, lighting, or similar product categories.
