Our team in Mumbai currently has an opening for a Customer Service Director.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including order creation, validation, and fulfillment, to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Implement strategies and processes to optimize order processing workflows and minimize errors.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and communication with customers.
  4. Champion the customer voice within the organization, proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to advocate for customer-centric solutions and drive service excellence across the organization.
  6. Establish a robust process for managing customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution through root cause analysis and proactive solutions.
  7. Empower the customer service team to handle escalated issues and complaints confidently and professionally.
  8. Continuously analyze customer service metrics (NPS, CSAT, OTIF) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven process improvements.
  9. Participate in the development of new processes or techniques to resolve problems and prevent their re-occurrence.
  10. Contribute ideas for process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide coaching and mentorship to the customer service team, fostering a growth mindset and developing their skills to achieve individual and team goals.
  12. Ensure focus, processing throughput, and professional composure in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-volume periods.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  14. Proven track record of leading high-performing customer service teams.
  15. Demonstrated ability to advocate for customer needs and influence organizational processes.
  16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  17. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining composure under pressure.
  18. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions and implementing process improvements.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
