  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Operations Engineer, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues, developing and implementing automation scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, with expertise in monitoring, scripting, and automation
  • Proficiency in Python, Shell, and SQL, with experience in API integration for workflow optimization and alert reduction
  • Familiarity with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Jenkins, NPrinting, QlikView, SolarWinds, RMJ, OpManager, PagerDuty, or equivalent
  • Understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
  • Cybersecurity awareness, including knowledge of threat classification, breach monitoring, and best practices for enterprise and IoT security
