About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Job Overview

This role will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases;
  • Provide analytical support to management on financial performance and strategic initiatives;
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts to ensure effective execution of financial planning and analysis activities;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as Excel and financial software tools;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
