This role oversees day-to-day operations of assigned team members, ensuring high-quality support services align with our strategic plan. The Technical Operations Supervisor acts as technical lead, responsible for planning and implementing service initiatives that drive excellence in desktop environment and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Management:
  • Ensure efficient operation of subordinate team members
  • Sustain appropriate service level agreements
  • Maintain documentation for policies and procedures
  • Design and implement future support offerings
  • Ensure compliance of IT-related policies and procedures
  • Support monitoring, analysis, and optimization of service offerings
  • A Appropriately prioritize IT projects and day-to-day operations
Strategy & Planning
  • Contribute to strategic technology planning and direction
  • Understand business needs and educate staff on technology
  • Stay up to date with key service development/issues and implement new methods or technologies
Leadership
  • Provide direction and support to the service team
  • Coach team members to grow and develop
  • Identify and delegate areas of responsibility
  • Select and assign staff based on work quality and ability to meet deadlines
  • Evaluate and verify Team Member performance
Requirements
  • Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on service experience
  • CISA certified preferred
  • Proven successful execution/completion of technology projects
  • Experience with Windows 10 management technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 technologies
  • Experience or understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows 10 and MAC operating systems
  • Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of networking and personal computer hardware
  • A+ and/or MOS certification and other industry recognized advanced certifications
  • Advanced Knowledge on accounting applications
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
