Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing expert technical support to ensure seamless system operation. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for all IT-related queries, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and administering tasks or tickets within various systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Reviewing system data to guarantee consistency and integrity.
  • Collating and analyzing data for management reporting purposes.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including Facilities Managers and Operations teams.
  • Providing reports on local site and account data as required.
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
