Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Draftsman to support our medical device product development team. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SolidWorks and be capable of performing a variety of essential tasks.
Responsibilities:- Create, modify, and update 3D solid models for various components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to implement design changes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and revise technical drawings, ensuring all changes are documented and version-controlled.
- Support the creation and updating of technical documentation, including design files, specifications, and other relevant materials.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks with experience in solid modeling, complex assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, drafting, or product design in the medical device or related industry.
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, etc.) is a plus.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
- Experience with other CAD software or FEA tools.
This is a work-from-office position on US hours, ideal for a skilled professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic and innovative medical device development team.
