Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team.


Job Description:

This role involves testing software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Manual Tester will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing test plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.
  • Identifying and reporting defects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborating with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of testing activities and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three to five years of experience in manual testing, preferably with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.
