Job Title

About the Role:

Our company is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple versions.
  • Develop and implement test cases and scenarios in Agile or Waterfall approaches.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide better understanding of business user needs and resolve queries related to requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015.
  • Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge.
