Job Overview:

This exciting role is a key part of our organization's efforts to drive process excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in identifying and delivering service improvements across the business, working closely with key stakeholders to build a culture of ongoing transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement a world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants, ensuring seamless integration with other business services departments.
  • Develop and implement new support materials, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements, to facilitate smooth process transitions.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions to address potential problems in advance.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by conducting thorough post-implementation reviews and implementing continuous improvements for future initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence across manufacturing sites.
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs, driving innovation and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and product development skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
