Technical Engineer for Platform Stability and Reliability

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Engineer focused on platform stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain platform stability across middle-office and operations applications
  • Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and communication
  • Partner with regional teams to drive technical initiatives
  • Identify and eliminate manual support tasks through automation
  • Design and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems
  • Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programming with Python, Go, C/C++, or C#
  • Strong foundation in computing fundamentals
  • Experience in application design, maintenance, and support
  • Solid understanding of SRE principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, databases, and troubleshooting application/data access issues
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in programming. They should have a solid understanding of SRE principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Strong communication skills and a self-driven attitude are also essential.
