Job Title: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Expert to lead our team in the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and coach other developers.

The Senior Microsoft Power Platform Expert will be responsible for:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach other developers to strengthen their skills.
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes for a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, aligning strategies and decisions with various stakeholders.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Microsoft Power Platform Expert will also work closely with the Product architect on future-proof solution designs, prioritize development activities with the Product Owner and Product Architect, and identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
