Konecta invites you to join our Agentic AI and Gen AI practice as an Associate Consultant Engineer.

Through our structured development program, you will gain hands-on experience with Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data-driven transformation projects, and real client engagements under the guidance of our Gen AI expert.

What You'll Do:
  • Learning & Development: Participate in comprehensive training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
    • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
    • Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
  • Project Support & Prototyping: Assist in designing and developing AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators, and prepare client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
  • Innovation & Knowledge Building: Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI, contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries, and share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
    • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
    • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
  • Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies.
