AI Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality AI education programs.

A hands-on expert in AI and open-source technologies with a passion for teaching and mentoring is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge open-source technologies in the training curriculum and foster community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Create engaging training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to design comprehensive AI curricula in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with leading AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
