Job Title: Data Governance Expert

Job Description:

Our organization seeks an experienced data governance professional to spearhead our data governance initiatives and oversee the implementation of our Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.

This is a high-visibility role that involves designing governance frameworks, driving adoption, and enabling trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives across the organization.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and administration of Collibra across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate Collibra with various platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and analytical skills, with experience in data governance, Collibra platform administration, and workflow design.

A strong understanding of data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality assurance is essential for this role.

Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
