Job Summary

As a skilled Food Preparation Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the art of salad composition and preparation techniques to create visually appealing and delicious meals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols at all times, prioritizing customer satisfaction and health.
  • Develop essential food preparation skills to consistently deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Organize ingredients according to planogram requirements for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Execute recipes with precision and attention to detail, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Effectively manage mise-en-place to facilitate timely preparation during peak periods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle peak service periods with ease while maintaining a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Accurately conduct and report inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is an asset for career advancement.
  • A minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience with a proven track record of delivering quality results and excellent customer service.
  • Intermediate understanding of kitchen operations and workflow management, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
