Senior Manager Total Rewards

About the Role

The role involves designing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs that align with strategic objectives and talent philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and administer compensation policies and processes.
    • Participate in market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits, assess company's competitive position, and provide recommendations.
    • Provide recommendations on bonus plans and equity programs.
  • Benefits Management:
    • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.
    • Analyze cost containment strategies and ensure benefits are aligned with HR and business strategy.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits.
    • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.
    • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.
  • Tech-savvy with passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
