Senior Manager Total Rewards
About the RoleThe role involves designing, implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs that align with strategic objectives and talent philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and administer compensation policies and processes.
- Participate in market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits, assess company's competitive position, and provide recommendations.
- Provide recommendations on bonus plans and equity programs.
- Benefits Management:
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.
- Analyze cost containment strategies and ensure benefits are aligned with HR and business strategy.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.
- Tech-savvy with passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
