We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of our web platforms. As a seasoned Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for guiding our in-house team and ensuring smooth deployments.

This role requires strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. You will need to design scalable, secure web applications, architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.

A successful candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development and possess strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, and TypeScript. Expertise in MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines is also essential.

Additionally, we require experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD), security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization. Strong problem-solving and system design skills are a must.

In this role, you will be expected to mentor developers and enforce coding standards. You will also be responsible for integrating with third-party APIs, documenting processes, creating handover guides, and establishing technical SOPs.
