Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of software engineering projects. This role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing program strategies and plans.
  • Defining and managing the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs.
  • Collaborating with engineering and product leadership to prioritize and plan programs.
  • Coordinating efforts across multiple software development teams.
  • Facilitating milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Ensuring cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards.
  • Promoting delivery excellence through adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Resolving delivery blockers, managing interdependencies, escalating issues.
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Managing project and program risks.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in program or project management, software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies is preferred.
