
Customer Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of CRM strategies across various categories.
This role involves planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and campaigns.
You will work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to design customer journeys that drive engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing campaign calendars
- Managing vendor relationships for CRM platforms
- Building dashboards and reporting campaign performance
- Driving insights and learnings to improve future strategies
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce
- Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
