The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to other team members on complex O365-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the M365 environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and file synchronization for users.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting knowledge and support for various O365 services.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting extensively for automation, administration, and troubleshooting tasks within M365.
  • Resolve SharePoint Online and OneDrive sync issues.
  • Handle major escalations individually, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members on complex O365-related issues.

  • Good experience in Support projects and strong troubleshooting knowledge.
