  • Address escalations promptly and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Lead by example with attention to detail and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Possess experience working in premium brand stores or high-end retail environments.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel, and good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conflict resolution and conceptual knowledge are highly valued in this position.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
