Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support digital transformation projects by coordinating change management activities, crafting impactful communications, and developing training materials.
  • Maintain and update the organization's knowledge intranet site to ensure stakeholders have timely access to information.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies and drive successful adoption across multiple business units.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in change management, with at least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. They possess excellent writing and storytelling skills, as well as instructional design expertise.

They should be proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and other relevant tools. Additionally, they must have high emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures.

Responsibilities include drafting clear and concise content tailored to different business audiences, collaborating with stakeholders to produce monthly newsletters, and managing logistics for training sessions and workshops.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Excellent project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Experience working in multi-business or consulting environments is a plus.
