Quality Assurance Professional

This role entails ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System within operations & labs.

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, BIS, BPI, internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across all testing, and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant international and national standards.
  • Monitor and ensure effective quality system implementation in various departments and appraisal of its effectiveness.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
  • Register customer complaints and resolve through investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Train staff on quality management requirements, quality procedures, and testing standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this critical role.

Education Qualification: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory management, preferably within petroleum or chemical testing services.

  • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and laboratory accreditation processes.
  • Experience with auditing (internal/external) and regulatory compliance.
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 is an advantage.
