Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing daily operations at a laboratory, ensuring the accuracy of analysis and addressing technical issues that arise.

  • Duties:
  • Testing of soil, water, and product biodegradation studies to guarantee precise results.
  • Managing laboratory assignments for analysts/technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Verifying data from lab testing, documenting accurate records for customer quality control samples.
  • Compiling and analyzing quality control sample results to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Training laboratory staff, maintaining equipment inventory, and coordinating repairs/replacements.
  • Providing secondary support to the Laboratory Manager in their absence, addressing NCRs, implementing corrective actions, and establishing internal and external relationships within the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Micro/Biochem/Biotech or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the service industry.
