Job Title: Test Architect

  We are seeking a skilled Test Architect to lead our testing efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. As a Test Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust testing strategies using your expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, Appium, test architecture, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end testing strategies for complex software systems.
  • Design and execute automation tests using Python and Pytest framework to validate software functionality.
  • Lead API testing initiatives to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend services.
  • Utilize Selenium for web application testing to identify and address potential issues.
  • Conduct mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms.
  • Define and establish test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team to follow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile testing methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance overall testing capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software testing with expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, and Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile testing practices.
