Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and focusing on database testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to guarantee software quality and reliability.
  • Conduct extensive database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational software development and testing standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide clear, detailed reports on software performance and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC (Software Development & Testing Life Cycle).
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Manual testing
  • Automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
  • Database testing using SQL
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
