Job Overview

The Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning experiences on the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). This involves course content creation, word document formatting, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to accessibility and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents as per design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Build and edit content on Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet high-quality benchmarks.
