Technical Drafter and Site Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical drafter and site coordinator to join our architectural consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure project quality control through thorough inspections and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with other professionals to achieve seamless design and construction processes.
  • Manage on-site activities with efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience as a draughtsperson or site engineer (freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in drafting/design software such as AutoCAD.
  • A strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
